chocolate chip cookies,

Welcome to ChefStacy!

Hi, my name is Stacy and I have been a home cook all my life. I created this website to share my love for cooking. I first learned how to cook from my grandmother. She was always in the kitchen baking her famous French pastries and melt in your mouth cookies.

My favorite thing is trying new recipes and tweaking them to make it my own. I always double my recipes so I have some for the freezer; although they don’t last in the freezer for very long.

If you’re looking for leftovers, you wont find any at my house.

Cook, eat and enjoy!

Chef Stacy
