Open faced salmon sandwich

Great use of your leftover salmon or you can use canned. Tastes good on toasted bread too.

Ingredients:

Cooked salmon

1/2 onion, chopped

1 tsp Litehouse dill, and some for decoration

2 Tbsp mayonnaise‎ 

Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper

​Arugula salad mix

French bread or baguette

Mix salmon, onion, dill mayo, salt and pepper. Spread salad on bread and add salmon mix. Sprinkle with dill.
