No bake energy bites

These are  a great snack if you are going for a hike.


1/2 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup honey

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup oatmeal

1 cup coconut

1/4 cup flax seeds

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Mix peanut butter, honey and vanilla together. Add in oatmeal, coconut, flax and chocolate chips. Chill in fridge for an hour. Roll into balls and keep in fridge for up to 1 week.
