Mushroom quinoa


2 cup water

1 cup quinoa

1/2 pkg of bacon

1 Tbsp Bertolli Extra Virgin olive oil

1 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced

2 cloves of Litehouse garlic

1/2 tsp Litehouse thyme

Pinch of salt

Pinch of pepper

Boil the water and add quinoa. Cook according to package. Take half a package of bacon and cut into small strips. Add olive oil and garlic when bacon is almost done. Cook until done. Add mushrooms (I used Shiitake), thyme, salt and pepper. Then add quinoa. Stir until everything is mixed.
